How long does the appointment take?
Plan on about 60–75 minutes total — your 1000mL Myers IV drips while the compression boots work your legs, all in the same visit.
What's in the Myers IV?
Vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, and B-complex in 1000mL of hydrating fluids — the classic Myers Cocktail for energy, immunity, and recovery.
Who administers the IV?
Licensed nurses, working under medical direction. Your intake is reviewed before anything is started.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel a quick pinch on insertion, then nothing. The compression boots feel like a deep, rhythmic leg massage — most guests nap through the session.
When is the $50 charge applied?
Your card is kept on file to reserve your spot. The $50 charge only applies for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment. There's no upfront deposit.
Is this HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes — we provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your HSA or FSA administrator.
How often can I do it?
Many guests book weekly during training blocks or recovery periods. Your nurse will recommend a cadence based on your goals.
